④ Hybrid battery warranty for 10 years. The hybrid battery and the entire hybrid system are covered for 5 years with unlimited mileage, and the Company will consider extending coverage for the hybrid battery only by an additional 5 years (years 6–10). The extended warranty applies only to hybrid battery damage caused by defects in materials/components or factory assembly under normal use. It excludes damage caused by accidents, disasters, improper maintenance by the user, or use under unsuitable conditions.

During years 6–10 of the hybrid battery warranty, customers must pay a transportation and hybrid battery disposal fee of 1,000 Baht per service (excluding VAT and labour). The battery price, excluding VAT, is 76,600 Baht as of 26 June 2569 B.E. for City e:HEV and City Hatchback e:HEV; 89,000 Baht as of 17 February 2569 B.E. for Civic e:HEV EL; 89,000 Baht as of 23 August 2567 B.E. for New Civic e:HEV; 80,000 Baht as of 8 November 2567 B.E. for New HR-V e:HEV and HR-V e:HEV HuNT; 109,675 Baht as of 22 August 2568 B.E. for New Accord e:HEV; 109,675 Baht as of 28 November 2568 B.E. for New CR-V e:HEV and CR-V e:HEV HuNT; and 109,675 Baht as of 6 February 2569 B.E. for New STEP WGN e:HEV, if the Company approves battery replacement under the warranty terms.

⑤ Honda Ultimate Care extends the new vehicle warranty and 24-hour roadside assistance by an additional 2 years or 40,000 km, whichever comes first, following the expiry of the standard new vehicle warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km, for a total of 5 years or 140,000 km, whichever comes first, for New Civic e:HEV, worth 19,500 Baht; New HR-V e:HEV and HR-V e:HEV HuNT, worth 15,500 Baht; New Accord e:HEV, worth 20,500 Baht; New CR-V e:HEV and CR-V e:HEV HuNT, worth 24,000 Baht; New STEP WGN e:HEV, worth 35,000 Baht; and New e:N2, worth 31,000 Baht.

⑥ Customers who purchase a City, City Hatchback, City e:HEV, or City Hatchback e:HEV receive privileges worth 8,000 Baht when choosing the special interest rate of 0.99% with complimentary insurance for 1 year and privileges worth 8,000 Baht. Alternatively, customers receive privileges worth 20,000 Baht when choosing the special interest rate of 1.69%* with complimentary insurance for 1 year and privileges worth 20,000 Baht.

⑦ Complimentary home charger with installation, worth 60,000 Baht, and complimentary portable charging cable (Portable Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment), worth 9,500 Baht. Terms and conditions apply as specified by the Company.

⑧ Honda families who already own a Honda and purchase a new Honda to add to their household receive the following privileges:

• New Accord e:HEV: Additional privileges worth up to 30,000 Baht.

• New CR-V e:HEV and CR-V e:HEV HuNT: Additional privileges worth up to 30,000 Baht.

• New HR-V e:HEV and HR-V e:HEV HuNT: Additional privileges worth 15,000 Baht.

• New CIVIC e:HEV: Additional privileges worth 15,000 Baht.

• New City Series: Additional privileges worth 10,000 Baht.

Eligibility Conditions

• The existing Honda vehicle owner and the new vehicle purchaser must be the same person. Present the registration book of the existing Honda vehicle to confirm eligibility.

• If the existing vehicle owner and the new vehicle purchaser are different persons, the privilege may be transferred to an immediate family member: father, mother, sibling, husband, wife, or child. Present documents confirming the relationship to establish eligibility.

• To claim privileges based on ownership of more than 1 Honda vehicle, present the registration books of all existing Honda vehicles to verify the number of vehicles owned.

• Each existing Honda vehicle is eligible for 1 redemption per year under this campaign.

• Privileges may be redeemed at Honda showrooms nationwide.

⑨ Customers who purchase a new Honda from a Honda showroom in their residential or workplace area may choose privileges worth 10,000 Baht or Honda Ultimate Care, subject to the following conditions:

• To claim eligibility based on residence, present a national identification card or house registration document. To claim eligibility based on workplace, present an employment certificate or payslip stating the workplace location. The residential address or workplace shown in the supporting document must be in the same province as the dealer from which the vehicle is purchased. Bangkok and its surrounding provinces are treated as one area, comprising Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Samut Prakan, Samut Sakhon, and Nakhon Pathom.

• The name on the supporting document must match the name of the new vehicle purchaser.

• Customers may use either a national identification card or an employment certificate as proof of eligibility.

• Customers may select 1 option: privileges worth 10,000 Baht or Honda Ultimate Care.

• If Honda Ultimate Care is selected, this privilege cannot be exchanged, converted, or substituted for cash.

• Eligibility is subject to the vehicle models, campaign period, and campaign terms and conditions specified by the Company.

The campaign is valid for bookings made from 1 November - 31 December 2026, with vehicle delivery required by 31 January 2027. This offer is exclusively for customers who enter into a hire-purchase agreement with participating financial institutions. These conditions cannot be combined with financing offers for rental businesses, commercial vehicles, demonstration vehicles, fleet sales, or vehicles purchased under other special terms.
